2. Independent status
Dream Advertising LTD is not the developer or owner of GrapheneOS and does not act as its representative. GrapheneOS is supplied under its applicable open-source licensing terms.
3. Appointments and availability
All appointments require prior confirmation. In-person services are available by appointment. Remote support may not be available for every device condition, and service availability varies by location.
4. Compatibility
Device compatibility must be checked before installation. Customers must provide accurate model, regional variant, bootloader and device-condition information.
5. Data deletion and backups
Installation and device preparation may require complete deletion of existing data. Customers are responsible for creating and verifying a complete backup before service. We are not responsible for data that was not properly backed up.
6. Applications
Some third-party applications may not function normally. Banking, identification and security applications may have compatibility restrictions. Customers are responsible for understanding and testing application limitations.
7. Security limitations
No mobile device or operating system can guarantee complete anonymity or absolute security. Security depends on configuration, applications, services, networks and user behavior. The website does not guarantee complete anonymity and does not provide legal advice or cybersecurity incident-response services unless separately agreed.
8. Fees and quotations
Service fees relate to assistance, installation, consultation, configuration, device preparation and support. They do not represent sale of GrapheneOS software. Prices vary according to the device and requested service. A quotation must be accepted before paid work begins.
9. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, create backups, protect credentials and recovery codes, follow safety guidance and use the device lawfully. Customers remain responsible for their accounts, data, applications and usage.
10. Third-party services
External websites, applications and communication platforms have their own terms and privacy policies. Dream Advertising LTD does not control their availability, security or data practices.
11. Scope and liability
The agreed quotation or written confirmation defines the service scope. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to foreseeable loss directly caused by failure to provide the agreed service with reasonable care; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
